Fantastic old former factory and wine cellar on the urban edge of the city. This cooperative founded in 1919 was engaged in the manufacture and sale of wine, a product that only sold until 1923. Stylistically, the building responds to the first stage in which the architect notes the influence of Catalan architecture in its most noucentista barroquizante. The building was designed by the architect Guillem Forteza, as time has undergone many alterations and extensions.

A shame to let such beautiful architecture and history unprotected. Luckily a foundation stood up to promote the defense of the 'forgotten' industrial heritage balear.

Imagine how this place must have looked like at the time it became abandoned and when those those old, heavy and amazing machinery still was in the original position...
